We exist to protect an environment where group unity are always more important than individual egos—a place where we can truly put spiritual principles before personalities. While we proudly serve the recovery community, MFC is a separate entity and is not directly affiliated with A.A.
How Giving Works
"Every A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions." — A.A.'s 7th Tradition
To honor this tradition, individual A.A. groups accept contributions exclusively from active members. (The only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking. However, because MFC is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit facility, our doors stay open through support from everyone:
- For Members: Your 7th Tradition donations directly fund the utilities and upkeep of the meeting rooms, availability of literature, and more.
- For the Community: Non-members, friends, and family are invited to make charitable, tax-deductible contributions directly to the center.
Whether you practice the 7th Tradition or make a charitable community gift, your generosity is vital to maintaining this dedicated space for recovery.

AA Members can send a contribution directly to our secure P.O. Box. Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, so no names or forms are required.

We invite individuals and institutions to consider making a charitable contribution to the community. you may request a tax receipt by including a Charitable Contribution Card with your gift.
